Engineering Project Manager

For our sites in Switzerland, based in Yverdon-les-Bains or Muntelier, we are looking for a

• Coordinate medical device implementation projects together with R&D, Quality, Operations and our customers, ensuring completion within the agreed scope, timeline, quality requirements and budget.
• Lead and coordinate the project team, fostering effective collaboration and clear communication with all stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities during the project and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Define and execute validation and qualification activities together with Quality Assurance, in compliance with relevant medical regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, MDR)
• Identify issues and drive continuous improvement actions (productivity, waste reduction, process robustness)

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology or another relevant technical field
• Experience in plastic injection processes and/or injection molds, or strong motivation to develop this expertise
• Experienced and rigorous in technical data management and ERP system configuration
• Proficient with 3D CAD software (Solid Works / Creo)
• English and French are a must, German a strong plus
