We are seeking a full-time SME Digitalisation Consultant in Fribourg. This is a hybrid role that allows the successful candidate to work both on-site and remotely. You will work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to guide them through the process of digital transformation, developing tailored strategies to enhance their digital capabilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

As a consultant, you will also provide training, monitor project progress, and contribute to the overall success of the digitalisation initiatives.

• Expertise in Digital Transformation, Web Development, and Digital Marketing
• Experience in Data Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Process Optimization
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to design and implement Business Applications and Project Management solutions
• Proficiency in languages: fluency in French is required; knowledge of English and German is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience working with SMEs and understanding their business challenges
• Self-motivated individual able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry best practices
