Tâches- Assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs sur site.
- Gérer les interventions de proximité avec efficacité.
- Travailler de manière autonome sur diverses tâches informatiques.
- CFC d’informaticien ou équivalent, avec quelques années d’expérience.
- Excellente aisance relationnelle et savoir-être.
- Certification ITIL Foundation est un atout.

Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) :
COMPETENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES PROFESSIONNELLES :
- Quelques années d'expérience en tant que technicien informatique
- Grande autonomie dans la gestion des tâches
- Excellent savoir-être et aisance relationnelle (contact direct avec les utilisateurs)
- Capacité à gérer les interventions de proximité avec efficacité et professionnalisme.
CERTIFICATIONS :
- CFC d'informaticien ou équivalent
- Certification ITIL Foundation (un atout)
