Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance operations, including data entry and transaction processing
• Assist with the preparation of routine financial reports and summaries
• Help maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
• Provide support with invoice processing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
• Assist with general administrative duties across the finance team
• Respond to internal queries and help ensure smooth communication between departments
• Contribute to maintaining accurate and organised financial documentation

You need to be:

• An organised, detail-focused individual with a strong sense of ownership
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with finance systems (e.g., Sage or similar)
• Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively under pressure
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, change-oriented environment
