As Assistant Manager you will be part of the management team supporting the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of the business in the Managers absence, help maximise sales, lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and build your knowledge of finances, recruitment, compliance and company policies and procedures.

• Support the Deputy Manager and manage the business in the Manager’s absence.
• Maximise sales and profit through effective management of the team and resources.
• Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and a fantastic experience for every customer.
• Develop your knowledge of finances, recruitment, compliance and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully through the Manager’s absence.

• A great team player – working with the whole team, both front of house and back of house, to ensure that every customer has a fantastic experience.
