Customer Services Advisor – Halfords

Join as a Customer Services Advisor  you’re passionate about cars and bikes and great with customers, this role is for you.

• Age 21+ £12.41 per hour
• Under 21 £ 10.20 per hour

You will be working on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store. Key services include car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing. You will deliver market‑leading standards of service and support our customers’ vehicle needs with speed and accuracy.

• Deliver great customer service in a retail sales environment.
• Take proactive steps to help customers and understand their needs.
• Use problem‑solving skills to resolve fitting issues efficiently.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends.

• Experience delivering customer service, ideally in retail.
• Proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Availability to work a rota including weekends.

• Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.
