Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support the Warehouse Supervisor in the daily running of a busy, high-value warehouse operation. This role will involve supervising staff, coordinating workloads, and ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures. You will also take full responsibility for the warehouse during periods of Supervisor absence.

• Support and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations
• Allocate work and manage staff performance and productivity
• Oversee Goods In/Out, stock control, audits, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure safe and compliant loading/unloading of vehicles
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, security, and Health & Safety
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and auditors professionally
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-value, high-tech warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, IT, and stock control processes
• Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse staff
• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Valid forklift licences (Counterbalance / Reach / PPT) and driving licence desirable
