Customer Service executive

Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting our client in Chippenham who is actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a temp to permanent basis (for the right candidate).

What you will be doing:
To provide outstanding customer service on both incoming and proactive outgoing customer enquiries and be able to manage customer expectations and assist in resolving queries.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, or managing accounts.
• Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience working in a call centre / customer service environment.
• Able to work to deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• IT Literacy.

What you will receive in return:

• £27,000 per annum
• Full time 37.30 hours per week
• To be worked over a rota Monday to Friday 7am - 8pm on a rota basis, with 1 in 3 weekends to include Saturday/Sunday shifts also on a rota basis with a day off in lieu during the week. Each Monday to Friday week will have a maximum of 1 x 8pm finish.
