Salary: 1600 AED Per Month

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in El-Fujairah. We are an established engineering firm with a strong presence in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, dams and other infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop civil engineering projects according to specifications and legal requirements.

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans for the construction of projects.

• Estimate costs of projects and materials and submit bids for contracts.

• Oversee the construction of projects ensuring that all safety standards are met.

• Supervise personnel involved in the construction of projects.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.

• Complete reports on project status such as budgets, timelines and progress updates.

• Respond to complaints related to constructed projects when necessary.

• Ensure that all completed work is inspected by relevant authorities before being accepted as complete.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Solid Works preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil engineering or related field required; immigrant considered with relevant experience only
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
