Land Surveyor Vacancy in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Fujairah. This role involves working on various projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate data collection.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys using instruments such as GPS systems, theodolites, levels, and 3D scanners.

Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports.

Create maps of surveyed areas using CAD software.

Inspect properties to identify discrepancies between legal documents and measurements.

Ensure all surveys comply with local laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of survey operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
Proficiency with surveying equipment like GPS, theodolites, and levels.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Salary

A competitive salary of 1500 AED/month is offered for this role.
