Overview
Paradox EN is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to build engaging soft‑skill content for our personal development app. The role is full‑time, based in Dubai or remote, and requires fluent French and English.
Responsibilities- Design interactive learning experiences that improve users’ soft skills.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
- Produce clear, concise instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
- Refine designs continuously based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Develop assessments that provide real‑time feedback and track progress.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Stay current with edtech trends, neuroscience research, and data‑driven design principles.
- Champion a user‑advocate mindset by conducting usability tests and collecting feedback.
- 3–5 years of eLearning design experience.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to turn complex ideas into engaging learning experiences.
- Data‑ninja: skilled at translating numbers into actionable insights.
- Adaptive and open to pivoting based on user feedback.
- Innovative, constantly exploring new design approaches and tools.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
