Overview

Paradox EN is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to build engaging soft‑skill content for our personal development app. The role is full‑time, based in Dubai or remote, and requires fluent French and English.

• Design interactive learning experiences that improve users’ soft skills.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Produce clear, concise instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
• Refine designs continuously based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Develop assessments that provide real‑time feedback and track progress.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Stay current with edtech trends, neuroscience research, and data‑driven design principles.
• Champion a user‑advocate mindset by conducting usability tests and collecting feedback.

• 3–5 years of eLearning design experience.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to turn complex ideas into engaging learning experiences.
• Data‑ninja: skilled at translating numbers into actionable insights.
• Adaptive and open to pivoting based on user feedback.
• Innovative, constantly exploring new design approaches and tools.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
