We are seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join our deck crew team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and looking for part-time employment without the need for prior experience or accommodation.

As a Deck Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and operation of our deck equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment on board. This includes handling ropes, tying knots, and operating winches under the supervision of the lead deckhand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be physically fit to handle manual tasks on board. Prior experience in a similar role is not required as training will be provided. However, candidates with any previous experience in maritime jobs or knowledge of basic nautical terms will have an advantage.
