Farm Supervisor

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture and agricultural products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Farm Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day farm operations, ensuring effective management of livestock, fruits, and vegetables, while maintaining strong communication with corporate managers.

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including livestock care, crop planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Monitor farm operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.
• Send regular progress reports and updates to corporate managers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Maintain basic records of farm activities, including livestock health, crop growth, and resource usage.
• Train and guide farm workers to improve skills, productivity, and adherence to farm practices.
• Ensure proper use of equipment, resources, and materials to maximize efficiency.
• Build rapport with managers and team members, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across farm operations.

• Diploma or certification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar role managing livestock, fruits, or vegetable cultivation.
• Strong understanding of farm operations, including animal husbandry and crop management.
• Ability to manage and motivate farm workers to achieve productivity goals.
• Good written communication skills with the ability to draft basic work‑related emails and reports.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and long-term interest in growing with the company.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
