Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Biologics Manufacturing Associate to support the production of biological products in pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments. The candidate will assist with manufacturing operations, process monitoring, batch documentation, and compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support biologics manufacturing and production activities.
• Assist with upstream and downstream processing operations.
• Support cell culture, media preparation, and buffer preparation.
• Monitor manufacturing parameters and record process data.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and production logs.
• Assist in identifying and reporting process deviations.
• Follow aseptic processing and contamination control procedures.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and manufacturing teams.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of biotechnology and biologics manufacturing.
• Understanding of cell culture and bioprocessing.
• Familiarity with GMP and aseptic practices.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Internship or academic project experience in biologics manufacturing.
• Exposure to bioreactors, filtration, or chromatography.
