The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, support compliance requirements, and provide insights to strengthen business decisions. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial statements, manage accounting operations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledger activity, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to streamline processes, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including preparing accurate financial statements and management reports
Strong grasp of accounting principles, general ledger management, and account reconciliation

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Proficiency in financial accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
Proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management
