Role Overview
The Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day fabrication shop activities, monitoring manpower, ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement in fabrication processes. The role is key in ensuring smooth coordination between design, welding, machining, and assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise fabrication shop activities including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks as per project timeline.
Ensure fabrication quality as per engineering drawings and tolerances.
Coordinate with Design & Production team for drawing clarification and process planning.
Manage workforce allocation, attendance, training, and productivity optimization.
Inspect raw materials, fabricated parts, and outsourced work ensuring quality compliance.
Maintain shop-floor discipline, 5S, and safe working practices.
Maintain documentation related to material consumption, production reporting, and inspection.
Support continuous improvement activities to reduce wastage, rework, and process time.
