Are you an experienced and highly organised professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our dynamic Head Office team in Team Valley
, with a clear pathway to progress into a Personal Assistant (PA) role over time.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our senior leadership team as they prepare for the next chapter in our success story. This position offers fantastic exposure to the PLC Directors team, giving you invaluable experience to build your career.

What You’ll Do
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Diary Management: Organise schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action points.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering professional and timely responses.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
