What You’ll Be Doing- The Finance Business Partner works closely with the business to support the organisation by providing relevant financial information and adding value through financial analysis.
- Conduct preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, reforecasting, and ad‑hoc analysis as required to support decision‑making.
- Prepare reports for Senior Managers, Directors, and the Board.
- Work on a hybrid basis, attending the Head Office in Gateshead.
- Support budget holders to understand and improve financial performance, reconcile income and restricted funds.
- Detail‑oriented and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CCAB qualified or equivalent.
- Proven record of providing commercial support.
- Good Excel skills.
- Charity or care sector experience.
