• The Finance Business Partner works closely with the business to support the organisation by providing relevant financial information and adding value through financial analysis.
• Conduct preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, reforecasting, and ad‑hoc analysis as required to support decision‑making.
• Prepare reports for Senior Managers, Directors, and the Board.
• Work on a hybrid basis, attending the Head Office in Gateshead.
• Support budget holders to understand and improve financial performance, reconcile income and restricted funds.

• Detail‑oriented and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CCAB qualified or equivalent.
• Proven record of providing commercial support.
• Good Excel skills.
• Charity or care sector experience.
