My client, a well-established specialist contractor in the structural repair and maintenance sector, is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Supervisor to join their growing team based in Birtley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a stable workload and the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervising site teams delivering concrete repair works to the required standards

· Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications

· Reading and interpreting technical drawings and method statements

· Coordinating materials, labour, and on-site activities

· Acting as the point of contact for site queries and liaising with clients and senior management

· Completing site reports and maintaining accurate records
Candidate Requirements:

· Previous experience in concrete repairs

· Valid CSCS card

· Full UK driving licence

· Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
