About the Role

You’ll be involved in the commercial delivery of high-quality residential projects, typically overseeing two live sites. This gives you the platform to move beyond assisting and into leading, with exposure to every stage of the commercial cycle.

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious, sector-fluent professional who brings:

* Experience in residential construction, ideally within housing projects.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with COINS ERP or similar systems is advantageous.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to wider team goals.

* A genuine drive to progress, take responsibility, and build trusted relationships.
