Job Description
  • Make outbound calls to UK-based consumers using the company’s dialler system or calling tools.
  • Initiate and maintain professional, engaging conversations with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Ask relevant and structured questions to gauge the customer’s interest in the client’s products or services.
  • Transfer interested customers to a senior consultant or mark them as qualified leads in thesystem.
  • Accurately update and maintain lead details, call logs, and customer information in the CRM.
  • Follow provided scripts and training guidelines while adapting to customer responses.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets with consistent quality.
  • Handle objections or disinterest professionally, demonstrating patience and empathy.
  • Share feedback or suggestions post-calls to help enhance scripts and qualification processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, tele calling, or customer interaction(international voice process preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and professional tone.
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and adaptability in conversations.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking platforms is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in UK shift timings (Monday to Friday).
