Lookers Parts Plus Gateshead

Permanent, full‑time

£28,000 plus bonus

42.5 hours per week (between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:00 - 13:30 on rota basis)

• Accurately identifying parts for specific vehicles
• Fulfil customer orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Support customers to become more profitable

• Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
• Have a good telephone manner
• Be a ‘Team Player’
• Have a basic understanding of using a computer (full training of systems and software can be provided)
