Document Controller FTC Temporary

Position: Document Controller 12 month FTC (Contract, Temporary)
Elvet Recruitment are working with a maritime specialist who are looking for a Document Controller to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis in their office in Tyne & wear.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting the Quality Manager ensuring that project records are compiled and maintained

* Compile and approve MRBs (manufacturing record books) throughout the project

* Control and maintain document registers

* Compile and forward evidence packs for client inspections

* Reviewing internal inspection requests

* Collate reports generated during manufacturing

* You’ll complete and submit weekly status trackers

What We’re Looking For:

* Root cause analysis - Desirable

* Familiarity with quality management systems

* Experience compiling quality documentation packages

* Understanding of welding and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods

* Experience in maintaining weld registers

Role Information:

* You must also undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check before your employment starts, which will include a basic DBS check.

* Monday to Friday

* Up to £35,000 DOE
