Residential Conveyancer
North East England
Salary: £34000 - £40000 Per annum
The Role:
Looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers/Fee Earners for firms throughout Newcastle, Gateshead & Jarrow.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties
- Negotiating terms of sale and purchase agreementsn
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Membership with the Law Society or Council for Licensed Conveyancers
- Demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing
