We’re looking for a highly skilled Cross Sell Technical Manager to join our technical team and play a pivotal role in supporting Biscuit International’s European factories to successfully supply UK retailers, high street discounters, and brand owners. Flexibility is essential as occasional out-of-hours work may be required. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships across borders, this role is for you.

• Act as the primary technical contact for UK customers and Biscuit International sourcing entities.
• Ensure all manufacturing sites meet UK customer codes of practice and support audits, including action close-outs.
• Develop and implement the BIUK Food Manufacturing Standard, aligning with UK customer requirements.
• Manage third-party auditing teams and support continuous improvement across sourcing sites.
• Provide technical support during UK customer audits and maintain accurate portal information.
• Respond to customer and sourcing entity enquiries promptly (within agreed SLAs).
• Represent Technical at C2L Project Meetings and communicate key updates to the wider team.
• Maintain a single source of information for all cross-sell SKUs and factories.
• Track costs related to audits, portals, SEDEX/SMETA, and travel.

• A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or equivalent.
• Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3 (Lead Auditor training desirable).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Technical/Quality Manager role within food manufacturing.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with UK retailer supplier standards.
• Strong understanding of retailer codes of practice and frameworks.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High resilience and a collaborative mindset.
• HACCP Level 4, Food Safety Level 4.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and/or French.
