Production Supervisor

Now we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Yacht Coatings team in Felling. If you’re passionate about manufacturing excellence and leading high-performing teams, this is your chance to make an impact.

As Production Supervisor, you’ll manage daily Yacht production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You’ll lead a team of manufacturing professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across functions to deliver on-time, in-full production.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet demand and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and foster a “Safety First” culture.
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE) to enhance productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams for smooth operations.
• Act as Duty Manager and site incident controller as required.
• Monitor KPIs, compile reports, and recommend process improvements.

• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership and people management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering (desirable).
• Lean or Six Sigma trained.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and work under pressure.
