This role is Assistant Store Manager for a leading menswear retailer based in Metrocentre, Gateshead, NE11 9YG
. We offer a competitive basic salary of £26,000, OTE £28.5k which includes excellent bonus and commission, 28 days holiday, workplace pension scheme, staff discount scheme, full training on all stock, and 40‑hour per week schedule.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store and team.
- Organise staff rotas, sales, and customer service.
- Oversee merchandising stock and utilisation of till and card machine.
- Support team sales through commission scheme payable on team sales.
- Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
- Mid‑Senior level
