The position is based at our Newcastle Cash Centre and is available to meet increased workload demands.

Hours: 35 or 40 hours per week

Shift: 2pm to 10pm

Pay: £12.31 per hour (plus 10% shift allowance 18:00 - 22:00)

• Safely handle and process customers’ money in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Count, record, and reconcile customer deposits using high‑speed processing machines.
• Meet daily targets while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to security and compliance procedures.
• Identify and report any discrepancies.

• Methodical approach and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and the ability to meet physical demands, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
• Honest, trustworthy nature and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
