• Lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales and customer engagement
• Motivate, train, and develop your team to consistently achieve store targets
• Ensure all operational processes are followed efficiently and safely
• Maintain high visual standards in line with brand guidelines
• Support store leadership with daily operations and performance reporting

• Previous experience as a floor manager, supervisor, or assistant manager in fashion retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Results-driven with a keen eye for commercial opportunities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
• Knowledge of health & safety and retail compliance processes
