We are looking for a confident and customer focused Sales Advisor to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fashion retail who enjoys delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through products and styling options
• Use strong fashion and product knowledge to confidently talk about trends, fit, fabrics and sizing to inspire purchases
• Work towards individual and store sales targets, with a clear focus on performance and results
• Build lasting client relationships by creating a loyal customer base through personalised recommendations and repeat engagement
• Support daily store operations, including maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor, replenishing stock, preparing fitting rooms and assisting at the till
• Support visual merchandising by ensuring products are displayed in line with brand guidelines

• Previous experience across all aspects of the role is essential, including customer service, sales targets, product knowledge and store operation
