We’re looking for a SaaS Sales Consultant to join our fast-growing team. If you’re a consultative seller with experience in sustainability, carbon, or B2B tech – this is your opportunity to be part of something that matters.
What is the job about?As a SaaS Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in scaling our platform and services. Your job is to build relationships, open conversations, and convert interest into long-term partnerships.
You’ll engage with decision-makers across sectors — energy managers, sustainability leads, finance and operations teams — to understand their challenges and offer solutions that deliver measurable value.
This is a hands‑on sales role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, consultative environment and is motivated by both purpose and performance.
What exactly will you do?- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, and networking
- Lead discovery calls and product demos to showcase the value of Clear
VUE.Zero - Build tailored proposals that align with client sustainability and energy objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close
- Maintain pipeline accuracy, CRM discipline, and performance reporting
- Stay informed on UK energy regulations, carbon frameworks, and market trends
- B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in sustainability, energy, or carbon sectors
- Proven ability to sell into mid to large businesses (manufacturing, retail, logistics, etc.)
- Confident communicator with strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to simplify and present technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Results‑oriented mindset with CRM discipline and commercial drive
- Industry-leading compensation package: Negotiable base salary of up to £40,000
