£13.85 per hour. Four on, two off shift pattern.

Whenever customers visit the British Airways Lounges at Gatwick Airport, you’ll be there to greet them with 5‑star, Baxter Storey service. Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, ensuring delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.

• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.

The role is based at an international airport and therefore successful applicants will require photographic , pass a basic disclosure and provide verifiable evidence of their past five years of work/education history.

The role operates on a 4/2 shift pattern: two early shifts starting at 04:30, followed by two late shifts typically finishing between 20:30 and 21:30, followed by two days off. We are open seven days per week including bank holidays.
