At Envalior, we are seeking a talented (Senior) Digital Manager Supply Chain Management (‘SCM’) to join our Digital Solutions team in Group Digital Services.

The Group Digital Services organization drives innovation, strategy, and delivery of digital capabilities in the company. The Digital Solutions department is globally responsible for applications architecture, specifying, coding & developing, testing and running Global solutions for Envalior’s Enterprise and other global systems.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Shape the Future of SCM – Drive the IT roadmap forward and spark innovation by leading the ideation of smart, future-ready solutions.
• Lead a High-Performing Global Team – Build, manage, and grow a world-class Agile SCM team, attracting top talent and nurturing development.
• Bring Innovation to Life – Work closely with innovation teams to introduce cutting-edge technologies into the supply chain space.
• Collaborate for Continuous Improvement – Partner with leaders across the business to enhance, evolve, or reimagine digital solutions.
• Be a Catalyst for Change – Support business stakeholders in designing and rolling out impactful solutions that deliver real value.
• Drive Operational Excellence – Analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and apply best practices to boost efficiency.
• Align Strategy and Technology – Coordinate with IT leaders to ensure architecture and capabilities align with the SCM vision.
• Support and Lead When It Matters Most – Provide strong team leadership and step in to resolve critical customer escalations.
• Deliver at Scale, Globally – Build strong, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders to drive fast, scalable, global delivery.

• Degree in Applied Computer Sciences and deep knowledge of SCM processes
• 10+ years in IT within the SCM domain, with strong SAP ERP experience (ECC, IBP, GTS, WM, OTC)
• Proven leader with a hands-on mindset and strong ownership
• Solid grasp of information architecture, business processes, and SCM best practices
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and clear, confident communication (English required; German a plus)
• Inspiring, servant-style leadership with a passion for developing high-performing teams
• Curious and tech-savvy—keen on innovations like Gen AI, analytics, mobility, and cloud computing
• Experienced in managing service providers and complex projects under pressure
• Strategic thinker with strong budgeting, planning, and roadmap development skills
