This travel assignment in Geneva, NY, offers a dynamic work environment where you will operate under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, maintaining collaborative relationships with a variety of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Collect data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings to the RN and the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Contribute to the development of a resident care plan, ensuring it is culturally relevant and age-appropriate.
• Recommend revisions to the care plan for comprehensive resident care, collaborating with families and the healthcare team.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice, participating in staff mentoring/orientation.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS (AHA or RQI required)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care setting
