• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• French: C2
• English: B2

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
• 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
• Days off:
  Sunday + 1 rotational day per week

• Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)
  • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (rent 280/month, all bills included and directly deducted from salary)
