For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
RECEPTIONIST Job description- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and general inquiries.
- Support small supply and office management tasks (economat).
- Uphold the bank’s image through impeccable service and presentation.
- Previous experience in a similar front-desk or hospitality role, ideally within a banking or luxury environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); any additional language such as French, German, Russian, Italian, or Hebrew is a strong asset.
- Professional appearance and excellent manners.
- Discreet, reliable, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
