The opportunity

Join EY’s Business Consulting team and help shape the future of the Financial Services industry. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Practice, you will contribute to strategic transformation programs across Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance. This role is tailored for professionals with 2–5 years of experience, ideally in consulting, and a track record of implementing large financial services platforms.

• Lead or support platform implementation projects involving large financial services platforms such as Aladdin, Sim Corp, Temenos, or Avaloq, including configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Engage proactively with technology and build teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive agile product delivery, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative solution development.
• Design and deliver platform-enabled operating models that enhance efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply EY methodologies and accelerators to ensure successful integration, adoption, and change management.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients in a structured, data-driven, and compelling manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to account development and business growth.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in platform implementation within financial services.
• Proven hands-on experience with platforms such as Aladdin, Sim Corp, Temenos, or Avaloq.
• Strong background in requirements engineering, including stakeholder interviews, documentation, and validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across clients, colleagues, and junior team members.
• Experience in agile delivery environments, with familiarity in Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Solid understanding of market trends, drivers, and strategic challenges in the asset and wealth management industry.
• High level of initiative and motivation, with the ability to take ownership and deliver results from the outset.
