Senior UX​/UI Designer

EPAM is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join an IT UX Team in Geneva. This is a full-time on-site position working closely with both EPAM and client teams.

You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the design system, translating business briefs into effective prototypes and designing user interfaces that meet business needs.

• Maintain and enhance the existing design system
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand briefs and requirements
• Translate business needs into UX/UI prototypes for testing and approval
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Proven experience in maintaining and developing design systems
• Ability to generate prototypes for user testing and business approval
• Experience working in a collaborative client-facing environment
• Fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working on-site at client premises in Geneva
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss and collaborate directly with clients
• Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into design solutions
• Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic work environment
