We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities in a complex, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring test campaigns are well prepared, effectively executed, and aligned with quality standards. A strong understanding of banking processes and testing best practices is essential.

• Define, shape, and lead the overall QA strategy across key products, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee test campaigns for releases, projects, and products, including setup, execution, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops for test specifications, feature validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage defects, monitor backlogs, perform initial triage, and drive timely resolution with engineering teams.
• Promote and implement test automation and scripting where it adds value.
• Ensure readiness, stability, and maintenance of test environments, tools, and ecosystems, including security audits and penetration testing.
• Continuously review and optimise testing processes, tools, and practices to improve efficiency and quality maturity.
• Lead the adoption of best practices, champion a culture of quality, and support skill development within the team.
• Provide clear reporting and evidence of testing activities to support audits, governance, and management decisions.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Test Manager in complex environments
• Solid background in software testing, test analysis, automation, and test management.
• Comfortable in Agile environments (Scrum) with experience in BDD.
• Technical foundation through development or scripting experience.
• Ability to use LLMs/AI tools effectively in QA workflows.
• Strong skills with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint;
  Jira X-Ray is a plus.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in both English and French (C1+ required).
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player who works well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge of Bamboo, Sonar Qube, Git, or Kibana.
• Experience in financial or banking environments.
