Who says your learning stops after college? Definitely not us. That's why Caterpillar offers recent graduates the chance to explore various areas within our IT Development Program (ITDP). This program gives you the opportunity to advance your technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple business areas.

ITDP participants work on various teams for three years, with projects lasting 12-18 months. This setup allows you to diversify your technical skills and build a strong professional network. Here are some of the teams you might join during your time in the program (this list is always evolving):
