Location: Genf
MS AI Stack Security Engineer (3-month Fixed Term)
Join EPAM in Geneva as an MS AI Stack Security Engineer to secure the Microsoft cloud and AI environment of a private bank. You will focus on protecting GenAI capabilities, implementing RBAC, configuring Purview for AI and Copilot and adapting data protection policies to support safe AI use. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role responsible for securing the bank’s Microsoft AI environment.
Responsibilities- Secure AI and GenAI use cases across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Address prompt‑injection risks and other AI‑related threats
- Configure RBAC across Azure, M365, Copilot and Power Platform
- Set up and maintain Microsoft Purview for AI governance and data protection
- Review and optimize DLP policies, sensitivity labels and data classification
- Support the integration of AI capabilities using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI services
- Strong experience with Microsoft cloud security (Azure, M365)
- Practical understanding of GenAI security risks and mitigation techniques
- Hands‑on experience with RBAC, Purview, DLP and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse or SQL Server
- Experience with Copilot Studio, MS Fabric or Azure AI services
- Background in regulated or financial environments
