Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design business processes related to order management, pricing, and billing.
• Configure ERP systems to align with business needs, including OTC module setup.
• Ensure smooth integration between OTC and other ERP modules (finance, inventory, procurement).
• Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, system, integration, regression) to validate system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OTC-related system issues, providing technical support.
• Develop documentation and deliver end-user training on OTC processes and functionalities.
• Participate in project review meetings and report on progress.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on the OTC domain.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and modules related to order management, pricing, and billing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for business process optimization.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and provide training.
• Proven ability to manage projects, from planning to execution.
• Fluency in English is required.

Salary:

• up to 650 Swiss franc per day
