Working with our client to support their IT
Procurement activities, we are looking for a Contract Admin
Manager.
With a recent career history in contract
management, ideally within the procurement arena (IT solutions,
Services, Infrastructure or Applications), you will provide support
to procurement and technical managers to ensure contracts are
evaluated, negotiated and maintained within the current commercial
guidelines and procedures.
You will be
expected to understand basic
IT commercial legal terms and so
able to navigate contracts covering software development,
maintenance and staffing or consulting. Experience in managing
software licence orders, understand licence terms as well as the
metrics and pricing of software would be highly
desirable.
You will have prior experience with
RfX processes, proposal and quotation evaluation and used to
working with international suppliers.
You are
expected to have a degree in IT or Business Administration,
possibly law, and have spent time in Vendor Management or
Procurement Category Management departments.
You
will be a competent communicator with excellent problem-solving
skills and good business acumen.
Fluency in
English is essential.
Working with Microsoft
Office Tools is essential with knowledge Power BI and SAP as a user
would be advantageous.
This role is
basedentirely remotely within 1-2 hours of CET
maximum.
