Une entreprise technologique réputée à Genève recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) de support informatique. Vous serez responsable de l'assistance technique aux utilisateurs, de la résolution d'incidents et de la gestion des demandes dans l'outil de ticketing. Le poste nécessite une maîtrise des systèmes Windows, MacOS et Linux, ainsi qu'une formation en informatique.
