Location: Genf
Nous recherchons pour une société horlogère à Genève, un(e) :
Responsable de Production (H/F)
Votre profil :
- Diplôme d’ingénieur HES, EPF ou équivalent
- Expérience dans la micro technique, l’horlogerie ou dans une industrie de pointe (impératif)
- Leadership naturel, écoute et empathie
- Expérience confirmée en management de production
- Exemplarité, bonnes compétences relationnelles, facilité d’intégration et animé d’un fort espritd’équipe
- Garantir la qualité, les délais et les coûts de production
- Organiser les activités d’une équipe d’environ 50 personnes
- Développer et encadrer les collaborateurs
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements
- Participer activement à l’optimisation des coûts et à la réalisation des composants
- Maîtriser l’adéquation charge/capacité et moyens de production
- Communiquer les orientations globales et fixer les objectifs individuels
