Transaction Manager

A growing real estate company based in Geneva is looking for a motivated Transaction Manager to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

Identify and prepare real estate investment opportunities.

Analyze the market and conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.

Proactively manage acquisition projects in cooperation with other team members.

Evaluate, perform due diligence, and analyze individual properties or real estate portfolios.

Coordinate and implement the entire transaction process.

Lead negotiations and draft the necessary contracts.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.

Present opportunities to the investment committee.

Requirements :

You hold a university degree in economics, law, real estate, or an equivalent field, and ideally :

Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland.

Possess an established sourcing network in the real estate sector, which is a strong asset.

Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate a high level of commitment, independence, and strong interpersonal skills.

Work well in a team and independently.

Show adaptability and flexibility.

Have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.

Are fluent in French and English;
German is a plus.
