As a Section Product Manager, you are an essential part of the Zara image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will serve as a role model for your team as you manage the department according to company standards and work closely with the regional team to achieve the store's goals and support the entire team. Your main responsibilities include :

• Independent management of the commercial department
• Optimisation of commercial and visual aspects
• Monitoring KPIs and improving sales performance / productivity
• Achieving budget targets
• People management (selection, planning, development, training)
• Customer and service orientation (high-quality customer experience, promoting excellence)
• Team planning based on sales and demand
• Administrative management, health and safety (department and store)

• Advanced level English and basic knowledge of German
• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong business acumen and structured way of working
• Passion for fashion and the latest trends
• Positive attitude and commitment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative and flexibility
