• Take part to the development and the maintenance of a deployed banking software
• Write technical designs (conception, architecture, data model)
• Develop and maintain the platform (coding)
• Identify and resolve incidents.
• Delivering high quality, bug free software
• Assisting operations (incl. support, delivery, and pre-sales) with subject matter expertise when needed
• Solving customer issues
• Actively participating to all Agile / Kanban ceremonies
• Providing a transparent reporting to the team, especially during daily stand-ups
• Helping other team members to achieve their commitments
• Sharing knowledge, proposing, implementing improvements and new development tools

• Working experience in software development.
• IT Master’s Degree or equivalent such as Engineering school, HES…
• High understanding of all phases of SDLC, experience in working with Agile methodology.
• High understanding of complex software (1.5 million lines of code).
• Strong / proven coding experience on backend technologies in C language and shell script
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Git
• Coding experience in Java and JEE
• Experience with ant would be an advantage
• Experience with SQL (Oracle) would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of CI / CD tools such as Bitbucket, Git Lab, Jenkins and ArgoCD
• Be aware of Non-Functional Requirements.
• Strong analytical, algorithmic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral, and written communication skills (English and French).
