We are recruiting a Test and Requirement Engineer for the development of a radar display solution in a safety‑critical environment.

As part of a highly qualified Agile team, you will be involved in software specification and testing activities, working autonomously in a complex technical environment.

• Creating and maintaining the Software Requirements Specification and associated test cases;
• Reviewing and testing against the Software Requirements Specification and ensuring test traceability;
• Writing automated test scripts for test automation environments (C++, Squish, Python);
• Executing manual and automated tests and reporting results;
• Analyzing and describing issues and bugs in the JIRA issue tracking system;
• Synchronizing and updating the Test Results Management tool;
• Performing formal system tests (Factory Acceptance Tests);
• Analyzing defects and incidents to identify root causes;
• Contributing, when applicable, to development activities.

• Ideally 5 years of experience in the air traffic control domain or another safety‑critical domain with real‑time and security requirements;
• Proven hands‑on experience in writing software requirement specifications and software testing;
• Experience with test automation tools (Squish, Jenkins are strong advantages);
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand end‑user needs and translate them into software requirements or test cases;
• Experience in C++ or Python development is appreciated;
• Experience with tools such as IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is appreciated;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Rigorous, autonomous, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment with strong team spirit;
• Fluent written and spoken English is required;
  German or French is a plus.
