Overview
A leading HR consultancy based in Ghent is seeking an experienced EC Success Factors Lead Consultant to deliver a key implementation for a public sector client. This role involves direct customer engagement, functional leadership, and collaboration with internal configuration experts.
Key responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Employee Central (EC) for a public sector customer
Conduct customer-facing workshops and gather detailed requirements
Translate business needs into user-friendly, actionable solutions
Coordinate testing activities and manage follow-ups
Collaborate with a configuration expert on solution build
Conduct internal quality checks, prepare workbooks, demos, and documentation
Push back constructively when needed to ensure best-fit solutions
Option to support additional onboarding or HRIS projects (if working 4 days/week)
Required skills & experience
Proven experience in EC Success Factors implementations
Strong ability to capture, translate, and implement business requirements
Confident in leading workshops and engaging directly with clients
Comfortable coordinating testing and managing deliverables
Able to challenge client assumptions diplomatically when necessary
Native Dutch speaker (essential)
Available to be on-site in Ghent at least once per month
